If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the logon page.
On the Forgot Password screen, type in your agent ID and click Submit. The system will automatically send your password to your e-mail address. You should receive the e-mail within a few minutes (check your e-mail Inbox).
NOTE: If you do not have an e-mail address entered in your Agent Profile, then this feature will not work. Call your MLS staff for assistance.
