"Your Agent ID is already logged on to the MLS" message

If you see the message "Your Agent ID is already logged on to the MLS" when you try to log on, then one of the following is true:

Simply click Continue to access the MLS. This terminates the previous session.

TIP: If you suspect that someone else may be using your agent ID and password, then change your password.
